5G-ACIA has held regular joint workshops with its MoU partner FFPA (including VoC members) to identify issues for the introduction of Industrial 5G, share issues with end users, and discuss the business value of 5G and solutions. The 5G-ACIA and FFPA have held a total of 4 workshops, and since the 5th workshop, a joint workshop of 5G-ACIA/FFPA/XGMF has been held since XGMF signed a MoU with 5G-ACIA and FFPA. In this 6th joint workshop, we will report on the results of the validation of the business value evaluation method compiled by 5G-ACIA using a use case at a Japanese car manufacturer's factory as a subject, and also report on the results of a survey targeting the industry in Japan. In addition, we will have an invited speaker, Mr. Sanritz Automation, who will talk about "Challenges in wireless communications as seen from wireless LAN and 5G measurements at manufacturing sites".
